Refund Policy - the basics

Due to the nature of these products and applicable laws, **all sales are final**. We do **not** offer refunds, exchanges, returns, or credits for "change of mind," buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with taste/aroma, or any other reason except as specifically outlined below for products damaged or ruined in transit.
**1. No Refunds or Returns for Non-Defective Products**
- Once your order ships, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded for any reason other than damage occurring during shipping.
- Opened boxes, partially used cigars, or products showing signs of use (e.g., cut, lit, or handled) are ineligible for any remedy.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing (cigars are not sized like clothing), personal preference, or misunderstanding of product descriptions. Please review descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before purchasing.
**2. Damaged or Ruined in Transit – Replacement Only**
If your cigars arrive damaged, ruined (e.g., crushed, broken wrappers, excessive humidity issues due to carrier mishandling, or otherwise materially affected by transit), we will **replace** the affected items at no additional cost to you, subject to the following:

Include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging and cigars (showing the issue clearly), and any carrier notes (e.g., if the box was marked damaged by UPS/USPS/FedEx).
- **Evidence Required**: We require clear photos or other proof to verify the damage occurred in transit and was not caused post-delivery (e.g., improper storage by recipient).
- **Inspection**: We may request return of the damaged items for inspection (at our expense if approved); otherwise, dispose of them as instructed.
- **Replacement Process**: If approved, we will ship a replacement of the same product(s) (or comparable if unavailable) using similar packaging and carrier. Replacement shipping is at our expense. We do **not** issue cash refunds, store credits, or partial refunds in these cases — only like-for-like replacement.
- **Exclusions**: Normal settling of tobacco (minor wrapper cracks from aging/handling), natural variations, or damage from extreme weather post-delivery (e.g., heat/humidity exposure after signing for package) do not qualify. We are not responsible for carrier delays or losses once handed to the carrier (though we assist with claims where possible).
**3. Incorrect or Missing Items**
If we ship the wrong item(s) or your order is incomplete, contact us within 3 business days with photos/details. We will arrange replacement or correction at no cost (including shipping). Refunds are not offered — only correction via replacement or reship.
**4. Order Cancellations**
- Orders may be canceled **only** if not yet processed/shipped (typically within a few hours of placement). Contact us immediately.
- Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
**5. General Terms**
- All remedies are at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remedies to anyone abusing this policy (e.g., frequent claims).
